All of our seafood products are processed in accordance with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations set in place by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Any seafood that is not harvested from our own fishing vessels is acquired from other facilities that are federally registered with the CFIA or follow other foreign country regulations.
Our Quality Control department ensures all products are produced and processed in a manner that preserves product quality and food safety through regular inspection and laboratory testing.
