We at Comeau’s Sea Foods recognize the need for more traditional products in everyday cuisine. Our popular saltfish product line is well-recognized for its value and quality, and is chosen by customers around the world.

Our raw materials are purchased domestically and internationally according to Comeau’s Sea Foods rigid specifications and strict quality criteria to ensure consistency and dependability of products.

Processed at the newly upgraded and modern Skipper Fisheries facility in West Pubnico, Nova Scotia, Comeau’s Sea Foods uses new equipment and traditional recipes to produce our popular salted product line.

Skipper Fisheries’ salt cod, pollock and hake products are popular with loyal customers across North America, and are exported to Mexico, the Carribbean and Portugal. Pack sizes vary with customer preferences – traditionally, our saltfish is available in conveniently sized packs for retail customers, and in bulk sizes for display.
