Deep sea scallops in garlic butter

Ingredients:

5-6 oz scallops
1-1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped parsley
2 tsp chopped onions
1 lemon cut into quarters

Directions:

Saute the scallops in a frying pan with the butter until they're half cooked. Remove them from the heat and place in a bowl.
In the same frying pan, saute the onions, add the garlic and the parsley, and again the scallops. Add a bit of lemon juice and save a quarter for garnish. Finish cooking the scallops.
Serving suggestion: Serve with basmati rice and vegetables. Garnish with a lemon quarter and some parsley.
