Ingredients:
5 oz rigatoni pasta
4-5 oz whipping cream (35%)
4 oz smoked haddock
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tsp butter
Directions:
Boil rigatoni pasta in lightly
salted water. See instructions on box (8-12 minutes). Drain and
set aside.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and saute the onions until tender.
Add cream and haddock (chopped into small cubes). Reduce heat until
the sauce becomes consistant but still liquid. Add your pasta and
parsley to finish. Serve hot.
