and Smoked Salmon
Ingredients:
8 oz (227 gr) linguine pasta
uncooked
3 tbsp. butter melted
3 tbsp. extra-virgin oil
2 tbsp. freshly ground pepper or to taste
2 tbsp. coarse salt
8 oz (227 gr) Comeau’s hot smoked salmon, cut into bite size
chunks
Directions:
Cook linguine according to
package direction to al dente, drain and return to pan to keep warm.
Toss pasta with butter, oil, pepper and salt. Add smoked salmon
mix, lightly toss and serve.
