Tandorri Salmon

Ingredients:

½ cup plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
1 ½ tsp. ground coriander
1 ½ tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. ground cardamom
4 Comeau’s Atlantic salmon portions (6 oz each / 170 gr)

Directions:

In a medium bowl whisk all ingredients together. (Except fish). Transfer to a large zip top plastic bag. Place salmon in sealed bag, and turn to coat fish. Chill 20 minutes. Heat oven at 500 oF. Place salmon on a broiler pan (coated with cooking spray) spread with remaining marinade. Roast 12 minutes. or until fish flakes.
* Tandoori-style: marinated in yogurt and spices, then roasted.
