Haddock with Lemon Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
2 Fillets Atlantic Haddock
8-12oz - Available from Comeau's
6 Lemon slices
1.5oz Butter
Splash of White Wine
Pinch of salt
1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
250ml Whipping Cream
2 Tsp Shredded Parmesan
Directions:
-Top the Haddock fillets
with the lemon Slices, 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, salt and 1 oz butter,
broil the fillets.
- Make the sauce with white wine, 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, and cream.
Reduce by 1/3 and finish with 1/2oz of butter
- Pour the Sauce over the haddock fillets and sprinkle with Shredded
Parmesan.
