Herring Meal and Oil Products

As a demonstration of our commitment to sustainability of the marine ecosystem, Comeau’s Sea Foods offers a complete line of quality herring bait, fishmeal and oil, specially designed for the aquaculture industry.
In each of two modern plants in Saulnierville, the Sea Life Fisheries division processes herring meal and oil – ideal for the aquaculture and agriculture industries. Up to 1250 tonnes of products are processed and packed daily, in both bulk and smaller bags. Oil products are held in large reservoirs and moved by tanker.

Our herring bait, fishmeal and oil demonstrate the same superior quality as all Comeau’s Sea Foods products, and enjoy a strong customer following amongst end-users from the domestic and North American aquaculture markets.
